HR & GA Manager (Dumai)

This position is for a global manufacturing company strong in palm oil, the Placement is in Dumai, Riau.

This role will report directly to the GM and matrix report to Head of HR Indonesia in Jakarta. Candidates domiciled in Dumai or Pekanbaru area are preferable.

Requirements

• Holding a Bachelor's Degree minimum from relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the managerial level of HR&GA in Manufacturing Company.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and Human Resource management best practices, with the ability to implement policies and procedures that comply with the corporate policies & regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, collaboration skills, and ability to manage team.
• Excellent time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Job Description

• This position will responsible for overseeing Human Resource Management that includes, but not limited to: employee relations, industrial relation, recruitment, performance appraisal, people development, and benefit administration within the company's operations. 
• Handling general administrative tasks; such as coordinating office maintenance, managing vendor relationships, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
