Sales Manager - Flavours

Our client from global company that strong in food flavoring. They are currently looking for Sales Managers with 8 - 12 years of working experience in flavor industry. 

Office Location: West Jakarta 

JOB TITLE: Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage customers expectations on sample requests & projects.
• To find & broaden new customer base
• Create & generate new business
• To drive the Indonesian market to achieve the growth target.
• To work closely with different department especially PM, flavorist & application technologists to close the identified projects to achieve sales target.
• To drive & manage customer projects to achieve sales target
• To attend customers request, problem & complaints.
• To provide quotations
• Price negotiations with customers.
• Timely submit visit reports
• To do marketing presentation & road show to customers
• To arrange & host customers / distributors plant visit agenda
• To promote & drive the sales of new flavors launches & new creations
• To follow up progress of flavor samples submission & feedback to PMs, flavorists & application technologists
• To gather competitors market information
• To prepare monthly report to Commercial Director
