Our client is a leading company in the field of construction and maintenance of industrial facilities. We are assisting them for seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join their team and assist them in delivering exceptional results.

Job Overview:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our projects. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of electrical systems, as well as hands-on experience in cabling and maintenance. Your knowledge and expertise will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of layout of cable and calculation of electrical power to ensure efficient and safe installation.
• Hands-on experience in cabling of Crusher, Mess, Water Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plant, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Knowledge of area lighting and design to provide effective lighting solutions for our projects.
• Knowledge of diesel generator maintenance to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Oversee and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and resolve any electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
• Hands-on experience in cabling and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
