RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Develop new products.
• Redesign/Improve existing products.
• Supervise production trial.
• Supervise field application trial and mock up.
• Handle customer complaints and find the best solution to customer satisfaction.
• Prepare the mock-up / sample for customer / marketing events.
• Assist and support the exhibitions needs.
  
• Report to Technical General Manager
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Chemical/ Chemical Engineering.
• Possess knowledge of Epoxy Products and the application.
• Excellent analytical thinking, creativity, problem-solving & decision-making skills.
• Have good communication and presentation skills.
