About the job Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager
As the (Building Information Modeling) BIM Manager, the person will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, execution, and management of BIM processes and standards across Jakarta MRT project.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across all project phases.
- Development of BIM execution plans (BEPs) and BIM implementation strategies for new projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on BIM best practices, methodologies, and technologies.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish BIM requirements and objectives for each project.
- Coordinate the creation, maintenance, and management of BIM models, including model setup, clash detection, and coordination.
- Conduct regular model reviews to ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on BIM software applications and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Total work experience of 10 years and relevant experience in railway system 3 years and 1 project as BIM Manager
- Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and industry best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Dynamo, Python) for automation and customization is a plus.
