About The Company: Our client is from reputed FMCG manufacturing company. They are now having an open position for a HR Development Assistant Manager.

Office Location: Sidoarjo, East Java

Job Description

• Design, development, program delivery, management and evaluation to drive business results.
• Actively research, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance, and recognize performance.
• Ensure alignment of the company's people development strategy with the strategic goals of the business.
• Report to HR Director
• Analyse and evaluate of work for the purpose of determining the relative value of each job in an organization.
• Responsible for performance measurement and evaluation

Job Specifications

• Education Background: Have a degree in HR or a related field

• Experience Needed (Professional): Minimum 10 - 15 years of working experience in Human Resource. Have strong background in People & Talent Development and Job Evaluation.
