Data Management Supervisor

We are currently looking for Data Management Supervisor position located in site for Sampala Project (Morowali, Central Sulawesi).

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and managing production data and supporting data in a concise, clear, and compact manner related to production targets, actual production.
• In charge with SOP socializing and company policies.
• Assist updating data as guideline for referencing to collect, organize, and summarize the necessary data for creating internal reports and production data summaries.
• Conducting supervision and monitoring related to the use of facilities and infrastructure
• Managing the team, especially subordinates, in performing tasks and responsibilities to ensure that everything aligns with the direction and targets.
• Providing guidance or consulting to the team according to company regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Industry engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications related to Data management or POP will be advantaged.
• Profiency in English, at least conversation.
• 5-7 years of experience in the mining industry, with specific experience in Data Management Supervisor level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, long-term projects.
• Proficient in operating MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
