The Company: A global nickel manufacturing company.

Office Location: South Jakarta

They need an HR Foreman LD&TA that responsible for assisting the Direct Superior in planning, organizing, directing and controlling Learning Development, Recruitment Placement, Competence, Skills Training, in accordance with company regulations so that all operational targets are achieved.

Job Responsibilities:

Learning & Development

Assist direct supervisor in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all aspects of learning development, including:

  1. Training needs analysis
  2. Training program planning & design
  3. Training program implementation
  4. Evaluation & measurement
  5. Employee development
  6. Learning management system administration
  7. Budget management

Recruitment

Support direct supervisor in managing sourcing, selection, and deployment through:

  • Employee value proposition & engagement monitoring
  • Talent sourcing (analysis, strategy, monitoring, evaluation)
  • Workforce planning

Training

Assist direct supervisor in managing company-wide training programs, including:

  • Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Identifying annual training budget
  • Organizing & administering hard skills & soft skills training (internal & external)

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or ICT or any other relevant background.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in HR/ Learning and Development within the mining industry
  • Knowledge: Competency-based Human Resource Management, Training Need Analysis, Employee Performance Management, Open Mining, Industrial Relations.
  • Skills: Implementation of Corporate/Enterprise Risk Management, Ms Office.
