We are representing our client, an international logistics and supply chain company founded in 1982. The company provides comprehensive services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and supply chain management. Operating globally, it has a strong presence in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East, offering customized logistics solutions for industries such as automotive, retail, electronics, and FMCG. Currently, we are seeking a highly experienced professional with expertise in handling shipments for the USA market to join the team.

What you will be doing?

  • Maintain existing accounts.
  • Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.
  • Focusing on medium-size / Tier 2-3 companies and start-ups / scale-ups
  • Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients
  • Pay regular visits to our clients, vendors, liners, etc.
  • Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development.
  • Proven track record of successful P&L management and achieving revenue targets in the USA trade lane.
  • Having existing customer for shipment between Indonesia and USA/Canada
  • Experience in warehouse and dry-up in a big plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of Ocean Freight product is a must.
  • Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.
  • Extended customer and vendor portfolio between Indonesia and USA/Canada
