Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to oversee and control the fixed asset and inventory functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate records of fixed assets and inventory to support financial reporting and decision-making processes.

Job Highlights

• Assist to oversee fixed asset and inventory function in Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Manage the fixed asset accounting process, including recording acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation calculation.
• Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory records with actual stock on hand.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards related to fixed assets and inventory.
• Conduct periodic reviews to assess the accuracy and completeness of fixed asset and inventory records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory control processes.
• Generate reports on fixed asset and inventory activities for management review.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to fixed assets and inventory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant experience.
• Proven experience in fixed asset and inventory accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations related to fixed assets and inventory.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Good command of English and Mandarin speaking
