Marketing - Office Leasing

Requirements:

• Age Range: mid-20s to around 35
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Office Leasing as landlord or agent.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of local real estate laws, standards, and market practices
• Language: Business level English, Bahasa Indonesian, Japanese ability a bonus
• Quality: Proactively develop and implement strategies to achieve objectives, rather than just waiting for instructions.

Job Descriptions:

• Work as a key member of an Office Marketing and Leasing team, to identify, engage, and successfully secure key multinational clients seeking premium office space in central Jakarta
• Assess client needs and propose ideas and creative solutions to those needs, while maximizing business performance and results.
• Prepare and present client presentations, proposals, and financial calculations; conduct lease negotiations and renewals.
• Conduct ongoing in-depth research and develop a strong knowledge of local office market trends, activity, performance, and practices, and report your findings to team members.
