Job Title: Superintendent Coal Processing Plant

Location:  West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adherence to K3LH (Safety, Health, Environment) procedures and regulations.
2. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate coal processing activities against the agreed blending plan.
3. Oversee and evaluate daily mining operations to ensure coal processing aligns with the Daily Operation Plan (DOP).
4. Optimize coal processing production safely and efficiently.
5. Ensure the quality of coal produced matches the established blending plan by providing guidance to supervisors and conducting training and development programs to enhance team skills.
6. Set work targets/KPIs for subordinates, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the achievement of targets.
7. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the coal processing plant.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in a Coal Processing Plant (CPP) or similar role.
• Proven experience handling a production capacity of at least 4 million tons annually.
• Previous experience in either CPP contractors or coal mining companies with owned processing plants.
• Strong understanding of coal blending plans and quality control.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
