Position Overview:

As an IT System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our company's IT systems and processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly analyze current ERP system processes, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement
• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate those requirements into functional system designs that address user needs and business goals.
• Configure and customize the ERP application to meet specific business processes and workflows.
• Develop and implement interface programs to facilitate seamless data exchange between the ERP and other systems (WMS, POS, Payment Gateway, etc.)
• Ensure that configurations and customizations adhere to established project development methodologies, change management protocols, and release processes
• Design and implement integrations between the ERP and other critical systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient information flow.
• Test and validate integrations to guarantee smooth operation and data accuracy.
• Provide comprehensive support to end-users, addressing technical issues and answering questions.
• Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to ensure users can effectively utilize the ERP system
• Act as an advisor to users, guiding them through new system implementations and process enhancements
• Monitor and evaluate new software releases and patches from the ERP vendor
• Assess the potential impact of updates on existing configurations and integrations.
• Make informed recommendations regarding the adoption of updates based on their benefits and potential risks.

Qualification:

• Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, and related degree
• Preferable candidates that have some experience in the business processes in retail, logistics, and distribution.
• Required skill(s): ERP Business Process (Procurement, Sales, Inventory Distribution, Finance AR/AP, POS).
• At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
