Finance & Accounting Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Executive to join our client that focuses on EPC Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for providing accurate and timely financial information. This is a full-time, permanent position based in South Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Assist with tax filings and audits
• Support the finance and accounting team with ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
