We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading company in the building materials manufacturing industry, located in Mojokerto, Indonesia. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems, along with solid maintenance management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage maintenance activities to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.
• Implement and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical machinery fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Solid experience in maintenance management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in the building materials manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience in managing maintenance teams is a plus.
