QC/R&D - UPVC Roof & Ceiling, Building Materials (North Jakarta)

Indonesian manufacturing company specializing in building materials and construction systems. Established in 2000 as a sole distributor with 15 employees, the company has grown into a dominant player in the market, operating four manufacturing facilities across Indonesia.

Requirements

• In accordance with the Quality Control Plan, execute the specific inspections on material, equipment and
  construction/installation activities on site, following relevant specified procedures, issuing the relevant Quality
  Records.
• Issue the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send to Quality Control Supervisor non
  conformances reports.
• Verify/control the correct storage and certification of material and instrumentation calibration certificates.
  Provide technical solution regarding optimal polymer structure or composition, selection of catalyst, additive
  formulation, process parameters, process, and fabrication technologies (understand formulation to improve
  product).
• Explore innovation and cost-effectiveness in polymer characterization methods in the areas in compositional
  analyses, thermal analyses, rheology, morphology, and other testing
• Carry out QC to ensure production meet company standard.

Responsibilities

• Bachelors Degree, or Master's degree in Chemistry and/or Material Science
• Good in mathematical calculation
• Ability to organize and present data in graphical and tabular formats.
• Able to use MS Word, Excel, and Outlook at a proficient level.
• Able to perform common tasks utilizing MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and SAP.
• Ability to utilize all indicated software at a proficient level.
