Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Technical Graduate or Diploma in Environment (Mandatory)
• 5 yrs in power plants construction or Solar/Green Energy
• Ensure that all project activities integrate HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and comply with sustainability goals.
• Identify occupational and community health risks, including exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials.
• Work with HSSE teams to train workers on environmental and social responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental laws (e.g., AMDAL, UKL-UPL, KLHK regulations) and international environmental standards (IFC, World Bank, ISO 14001).
• Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA/AMDAL) and prepare mitigation plans for approval by local authorities.
• Monitor and enforce waste management, water pollution control, air quality, and biodiversity conservation measures.
• Implement Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs) and ensure contractors follow best practices.

Required Certificate / Specialization

• ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor
