Position Title: Hospital Sales, Public Relations, Customer Relations, and Front Office Manager

Job Summary:
Assist the Hospital Director in ensuring the effective execution of the hospital's sales/marketing and insurance functions, public relations, customer relations, and the delivery of high-quality, informative, and caring services from the hospital's front office.

Duties, Authorities, and Responsibilities

Duties:

  1. Develop annual work programs, budgets, and capital expenditures (CAPEX) for the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
  2. Monitor the implementation of annual work programs, budgets, and CAPEX for the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
  3. Analyze competitor profiles, compare hospital service products and pricing with competitors.
  4. Create and market premium hospital service products to third parties and communities.
  5. Modify premium products and enhance the competitiveness of hospital service sales.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations.
  7. Develop integrated policies for sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office functions in alignment with other hospital services.
  8. Plan staffing requirements in terms of quantity and competency quality.
  9. Develop training plans (formal and informal) based on hospital needs.
  10. Attend coordination meetings with the Director and Board of Directors (BOD).
  11. Attend coordination meetings with relevant Division Heads.
  12. Report the implementation of sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office activities to the Director.
  13. Monitor and analyze hospital service utilization as a result of the implementation of work programs and budgets for sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office.
  14. Supervise and control the overall functions and services of sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office.
  15. Conduct staff performance evaluations.
  16. Provide recommendations to the Director regarding sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office functions and services.
  17. Actively participate in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  18. Sign letters/documents within the scope of authority.
  19. Provide guidance and coaching to staff in the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
  20. Propose necessary equipment for the department.

Authorities:

  1. Coordinate with the Heads of Sales, Public Relations & Customer Relations, and front office staff, as well as relevant Division Heads and Department Heads.
  2. Evaluate the performance of staff in the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
  3. Coordinate with third-party users of hospital services regarding service implementation and post-service follow-up.
  4. Issue verbal or written warnings and provide guidance to staff in the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
  5. Sign all letters and documents within the designated authority limits.
  6. Request information and guidance from superiors.

Responsibilities:

  2. Ensure the security and confidentiality of medical records and health information at Mayapada Hospital Tangerang.
  3. Safeguard the security and confidentiality of hospital documents and information at Mayapada Hospital Tangerang.

Position Criteria:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Profession + Master's in Management/Hospital Administration (Is a medical graduate with a Master's in Hospital Administration required?).
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years in medical services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  3. Certifications: Quality and Leadership training certification.
  4. Certifications: Sales, Public Relations, and Customer Relations training certification.
  5. Skills: Proficient in computer and internet operations.
  6. Licenses: Possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP/SIK (Surat Izin Praktik/Surat Izin Kerja) for medical and nursing professionals.
