Position Title: Hospital Sales, Public Relations, Customer Relations, and Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
Assist the Hospital Director in ensuring the effective execution of the hospital's sales/marketing and insurance functions, public relations, customer relations, and the delivery of high-quality, informative, and caring services from the hospital's front office.
Duties, Authorities, and Responsibilities
Duties:
- Develop annual work programs, budgets, and capital expenditures (CAPEX) for the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
- Monitor the implementation of annual work programs, budgets, and CAPEX for the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
- Analyze competitor profiles, compare hospital service products and pricing with competitors.
- Create and market premium hospital service products to third parties and communities.
- Modify premium products and enhance the competitiveness of hospital service sales.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop integrated policies for sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office functions in alignment with other hospital services.
- Plan staffing requirements in terms of quantity and competency quality.
- Develop training plans (formal and informal) based on hospital needs.
- Attend coordination meetings with the Director and Board of Directors (BOD).
- Attend coordination meetings with relevant Division Heads.
- Report the implementation of sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office activities to the Director.
- Monitor and analyze hospital service utilization as a result of the implementation of work programs and budgets for sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office.
- Supervise and control the overall functions and services of sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Provide recommendations to the Director regarding sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office functions and services.
- Actively participate in the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Sign letters/documents within the scope of authority.
- Provide guidance and coaching to staff in the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
- Propose necessary equipment for the department.
Authorities:
- Coordinate with the Heads of Sales, Public Relations & Customer Relations, and front office staff, as well as relevant Division Heads and Department Heads.
- Evaluate the performance of staff in the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
- Coordinate with third-party users of hospital services regarding service implementation and post-service follow-up.
- Issue verbal or written warnings and provide guidance to staff in the sales, public relations, customer relations, and front office departments.
- Sign all letters and documents within the designated authority limits.
- Request information and guidance from superiors.
Responsibilities:

- Ensure the security and confidentiality of medical records and health information at Mayapada Hospital Tangerang.
- Safeguard the security and confidentiality of hospital documents and information at Mayapada Hospital Tangerang.
Position Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Profession + Master's in Management/Hospital Administration (Is a medical graduate with a Master's in Hospital Administration required?).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in medical services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Certifications: Quality and Leadership training certification.
- Certifications: Sales, Public Relations, and Customer Relations training certification.
- Skills: Proficient in computer and internet operations.
- Licenses: Possess a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP/SIK (Surat Izin Praktik/Surat Izin Kerja) for medical and nursing professionals.
