Incentive for Internal Referral Program

In order to bring in the talents for development of OPPO Thailand we would like to encourage our internal staff to recommend talents to company. The incentive amount as followed based on the position level krub.

Pay for 30%  incentive  after candidate onboarding and the rest of 70% will be paid after passing probation.

Recommendation principle and process

(A) Encourage all employees within the company to actively recommend the company's urgent need for various types of talent, the specific positions  to the company's published information in OPPO Official Recruitment Website only as followed https://www.careers-page.com/oppo-thailand 

(B) The recommended person should be interviewed and evaluated according to the normal process of the company.

(C) After the referral person is employed, the recommender will get the incentive for referral according to the regulations.

(D) The resume and related information of the person recommended should be true, accurate and complete; if the person recommended commits fraud and causes losses to the company, the recommender shall be aware of it.If the recommended person has fraudulent behaviour and causes losses to the company, the recommender shall be jointly and severally liable if the recommender is aware of it but intentionally conceals it.

(E) If there is any family relationship between the recommender and the recommended person, it shall be declared in writing at the time of recommendation.

(F) The following cases do not fall within the scope of the "Internal Referral" reward. 

1. HR, recruiters and business unit HR are not entitled to the "Referral Program";   heads or supervisors at all levels are not entitled to the "Internal Referral Program";

2. department heads or supervisors at all levels recommending candidates for positions under their jurisdiction are not eligible for the "Internal Referral"; 

3. the recommended person has applied for a position in the company through any other channels in the past 6 months, which will not be counted as an internal recommendation;
