About the job Customer Insights

Key Responsibilities:

Play a critical role in analyzing customer insight, identifying insights, and providing recommendations for product marketing communication:

1. Conduct regular customer insight research from headquarters: EN/TH, CH(nice to have)
2. Investigate product and brand offerings of competitors, compare to our offerings and do the gap analysis
3. Survey customers to get data and behavior insights
4. Make suggestions and recommendations depending on customer insights
5. Make report and present insights to other teams and departments
6. Conduct buyer journey research to help us optimize our local marketing communication

Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in customer survey and conduct research reports
2. Used to work with Category Management, Market Insight, Marketing Intelligence, Brand innovation with Consumer Products at FMCG brand or Nielsen, Kantar, etc..
3. Good understanding of critical role in analyzing customer insight
4. Ability to multi-task and communication skills, critical-thinker and problem-solver
5. Good English and Chinese in listening, writing, speaking
