1.Deeply understand the companys vision, mission, and values, and develop corporate culture-building plans.

2.Plan and implement corporate culture-related activities to enhance employees' cultural identity.

3.Assist management in executing cultural promotion projects, continuously track and optimize implementation results.

4.Assist in developing training plans and managing training programs.

5.Organize various internal training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. At least 3 years of work experience, with experience in corporate culture or training projects.
  3. Proactive, outgoing, and good at communication.
  4. Proficient in office software; design or video editing skills are a plus.
  5. Passionate about training and cultural promotion, with strong influence and engagement skills.
  6. Able to communicate well in English or Chinese.
