Job Summary

The Executive, Management System Assurance (MSA) is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of PTP's Integrated Management System (IMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), and ISPS compliance framework. The role provides document control, audit coordination, records management, and compliance support to ensure adherence to ISO standards, statutory requirements, and corporate governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and control of company documents through the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS), including document approval, release, revision, and archival processes.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure compliance with ISO and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct and coordinate internal audits, ISPS compliance audits, and support external audit exercises, including preparation of audit reports and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor corrective action plans and ensure timely closure of audit findings, process deviations, and compliance issues.
  • Manage records, filing systems, and administrative activities related to Management System Assurance, including KPI tracking, training coordination, and audit documentation.
  • Support awareness and training initiatives to promote compliance with management system standards and organizational requirements.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management, document control, audit, compliance, or a related area.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits and managing management system documentation is preferred.
  • Good understanding of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of working independently in a structured environment.
