JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing fuel stations operations which include refueling operation and also assist planning to ensure optimum and sufficient stock balance.
Fuel Management
- Ensure all fuel receiving process are authorized, check DOs serial number and all security seal number as stated in DO and not been tampered.
- Assist and arrange for fuel quantity level inspection & quality check on incoming diesel.
- Issues equipment ID with correct quantity and ensure to record all issuance and maintain proper record.
- Ensure valid request before issuance and perform system transaction for all issuance
- Highlight inaccuracy of system balance and physical to Team Leader.
- Maintain cleanliness at workplace
- Balance and reconcile daily movements with meter reading for outgoing pumps.
- Check, measure and record fuel balance every shift change.
- Perform water/contamination testing for every delivery.
- Monitor receiving process and verify quantity received for skid tank.
- Safely transport Diesel from the fuel station to the designated destination using Bowser.
- Assist with the loading and unloading the bowser, ensuring proper handling and compliance with all safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues to the team leader. Ensure the bowser is clean and in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of receiving and issuance. Complete all necessary record.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and professional communication with related departments.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as spills or accidents, safely and effectively.
Administrative Support
Assist in all administration and clerical work as and when required
Safety
Maintain safety first in all aspect especially during storage and equipment handling.
REQUIREMENT
- Possess SPM or other related certificate
- Holds a current and valid driving license to operate a light vehicle (minimum D class).
- Minimum 1-2 years woking experience in related field
- Able to work in shift
- Able to communicate and writing in Malay and English.
- Possess a technical skill is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and reasoning abilities.
- Computer literate.
