TEAM LEADER. CIVIL ENGINEER

Responsible for maintenance & project support functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, QA/QC Monitoring and Control, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the maintenance /project(s) goals.

1. Responsible in supporting immediate superior in ensuring smooth execution of maintenance and projects in accordance to the maintenance plan and Project Implementation Framework.
2. Responsible in supporting immediate superior in ensuring maintenance and projects adhere to the QA/QC standards as specified in the Contract and agreed in the Quality Plan.
3. To ensure all maintenance and projects are delivered according to the specifications and requirements of the contract, on time and with quality.
4. Responsible to execute the maintenance and projects in accordance to the maintenance and projects plan.
5. Ensure safety compliance by all on site and serve as example to others.
6. To continuously improve personal competency skills, carry out quality inspections and comply to project quality assurance standards
7. Prepares punch lists, minutes of meeting and contractual follow-up

REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree in engineering or related field
2. 2 years experience in Civil construction preferable related to marine structures or offshore construction activities or port construction or marine structure repairs
3. Strong computer skill in common computer software for AutoCAD, Ms. Office
4. Having advance knowledge in project planning and scheduling using common software such as Microsoft Project.
5. Knowledge in Construction contract
6. Knowledge in diving activities will be an adding value
7. Well-structured work approach, able to coordinate. manage multiple maintenance and projects and follow up thoroughly until the desired outcomes are reached.
8. Strong knowledge of quality requirements and industrial standards in port industry.
9. Good communication skills and able to organize matters practically with the help of the other team members.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
