Primary position Objective:
Responsible for the planning of Port Police Operations and shift personnel deployment on daily tasking.
Responsibilities:
Departmental Financial monitoring and control
- Ensure PTP boundaries are secured and not accessed by unauthorized parties.
- Ensure all security & traffic Breaches Operations are carried out, logged and recorded.
- Manage the security at the PTP water port limits.
- Responsible for assisting and advising the HOD on audit and compliance matters.
- Assist to advise and propose to HOD the most appropriate mode of audit and compliance.
- Supervising staff and ensuring departmental assets and records are properly maintain and kept.
- ISPS Code Implementation.
Policies and Information Integrity
- Responsible for the implementation of Information Security (IS) and IT policies that reflect the organizations needs with regard to the protection of information and assets and the integrity and privacy of the organizations intellectual property.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10 years working experience in legal or security management field.
- Experience in managing team of police personnel (regular / auxiliary), security personnel, armed forces, police forces personnel.
- Ability to command team of uniform personnel (police, armed forces etc.)
- Ability to plan and execute security programs.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication skill.
- Ability to mix at all levels of people.
