Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated to support the daily management, coordination, and maintenance of the company's fleet and shuttle services. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of employees, visitors, and goods while upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Services

Help monitor vehicle usage, coordinate repairs and servicing, maintain mileage and fuel records, and support efforts to save on operating and fuel costs.

Shuttle Services Management

Assist in planning and scheduling shuttle services, respond promptly to requests and feedback, and monitor route efficiency, fuel usage, and driver performance.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure all vehicles meet legal and safety requirements, maintain accident and insurance records, and support best practices for operational efficiency.

Driver Coordination

Assist in managing drivers' schedules, performance, and attendance, and coordinate temporary or replacement drivers when needed.

Administrative Support

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance, maintain records of stickers and fuel cards, and support procurement and supplier coordination.

Continuous Improvement

Help optimize fleet and shuttle services, including fuel management and route planning, and support implementation of information security and IT policies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of basic vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of IT tools, including telematics and fleet utilization systems.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
