Director of Marketing (Women's Tele-health and DTC E-Commerce)
A unique opportunity for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to fully own growth and brand positioning for a leading women's health e-commerce brand expanding into virtual-first telehealth services. Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a close partner, you'll lead end-to-end strategy and execution across:
- A new tele-health line (Menopause Hormone Therapy & Weight Loss)
- Existing high-performing e-commerce product lines (Amazon, DTC, B2B)
You'll lead brand positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention, turning a nascent tele-health offering into a scalable success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Go-To-Market Ownership: Build & launch the growth strategy for both e-commerce & new telehealth services.
2. Paid & Performance Marketing: Run paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencers, email), optimizing CAC, conversion rates, ROAS.
3. Brand Messaging & Positioning: Shape brand identity. Collaborate with leadership on a potential company-wide rebrand.
4. Customer Journey Design" Full-funnel optimization lead gen conversion retention upsell.
5. Creative Ownership: Decide what gets outsourced, hired, or done in-house. Ensure cohesive storytelling.
6. Growth & Retention Strategy: Map out lifecycle journeys and campaigns to improve LTV and customer satisfaction.
7. Data & KPI Focused Execution: Track performance. Translate results into growth experiments and pivot strategies quickly.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- 10+ years in DTC marketing, tele-health, consumer health (ideally women's health).
- Must-have Experience marketing a virtual-first health service (e.g., Hims, Rory, Modern Fertility, Midi Health, AgelessRx).
- Deep paid acquisition skills and know-how (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencers, lifecycle email). Thinks of the bigger picture when it comes to CPIA and incrementality.
- Past ownership of GTM strategy and clear ROI delivery.
- Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and full-funnel KPIs.
- Experience with **long sales cycles** or **education-heavy consumer services**.
- Brand storytelling and **rebranding work** is a plus.
