Job Description:
A unique opportunity for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on marketing leader to take full ownership of growth and brand positioning for a well-established e-commerce company expanding into telehealth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a ground-up marketing leadership role where you'll drive strategy and execution for both:
- A new telehealth product line (Menopause Hormone Therapy & Weight Loss
- Existing high-performing e-commerce product lines
You'll be responsible for brand positioning, demand generation, performance marketing, and customer retention turning a nascent digital health offering into a scalable, revenue-generating success while continuing to drive growth across established channels (Amazon, DTC, B2B).

The current e-commerce product lines (Amazon, DTC, B2B) have strong brand recognition & market traction in women's health. They are now launching telehealth services (Menopause Hormone Therapy & Weight Loss), aiming to bridge the gap between accessibility, education, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- Own & Execute the Go-To-Market Strategy:
Develop & execute growth, brand, and customer acquisition strategies for both telehealth & existing e-commerce product lines.
- Performance & Growth Marketing Drive:
Paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencers, email), optimizing CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct deep market research to position the brand against competitors and capitalize on gaps.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging:
Lead brand storytelling, positioning, and messaging, including evaluating a potential company-wide rebrand.
- Customer Journey Optimization:
Manage full-funnel marketing strategies, ensuring seamless customer experience from lead gen to post-purchase retention & upsell.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Set up & track key growth metrics, providing weekly data-backed insights to optimize spend & strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, sales, and leadership to ensure seamless marketing alignment across Amazon, DTC & Telehealth.
- Own Creative & Resource Allocation:
Decide whether to hire, outsource, or personally execute creative work while ensuring brand consistency.

Ideal Candidate

EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or brand marketing in DTC e-commerce, digital health, or consumer tech. (women's health: an advantage)
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer marketing, email).
- Track record of launching & scaling new product lines, with direct P&L impact.
- Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS,and marketing analytics; you speak numbers.
- Experience with education-driven, long sales cycle marketing (e.g., telehealth, women's health, complex B2C services).
- Hands-on & proactive: You solve problems, test ideas, and execute.
- Brand positioning & rebrand experience is a strong plus.
