An exciting opportunity for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on product-marketing leader to build and scale a new telehealth product line within a fast-growing US-based international e-commerce company, aimed at women's health.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a performance-focused marketer with a background in health e-commerce, who thrives on autonomy, decision-making, and measurable impact.
This is a ground-up marketing leadership role, driving strategy and execution for the company's newest 2 product lines. You'll be responsible for brand positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention, turning a nascent digital health offering into a revenue-generating success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute the go-to-market strategy for this new digital health line, aligning with the company's broader e-commerce business.
- Own performance marketing, optimizing CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS across paid social, search, and email marketing.
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis to position the brand effectively.
- Oversee branding & messaging (including potential company-wide rebrand).
- Manage full-funnel customer journeys, from lead gen to post-purchase retention.
- Set up & track key growth metrics, providing weekly data-backed insights.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Decide whether to hire or outsource creative work, while remaining hands-on with strategy & execution.

Ideal Candidate
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years in performance/growth marketing, brand marketing in e-commerce
- Proven track record in DTC/e-commerce, digital health, or consumer tech, launching and scaling new products.
- Deep experience in paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencer marketing, and email marketing)
- Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and marketing analytics: you speak numbers.
- Experience in long sales cycles and trust-building educative marketing strategies.
- Hands-on & proactive- you enjoy solving problems and making things happen.
- Experience with brand positioning & rebrands is a strong plus.
- Passion for women's health & wellness (The current team members have a personal interest/story/connection connected to the mission)

- Salary: $100k to $200k (based on experience, and industry relevance)

- Fully remote, but preference for US-based candidates.
