Job Opportunity: Channel Sales Executive

Experience in sales of inverters and storage systems in the renewable energy industry in Thailand is a must.

Role Overview: Our client is seeking a Channel Sales Executive to join the team in Thailand. This role requires a highly autonomous and experienced professional in channel sales within the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and business development: Promote the sales of photovoltaic inverters, home energy storage systems and microinverters in several local countries and achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic plans that leverage market trends and customer insights. Stay up to date on the latest industry developments to inform and enhance sales plans.
  • Customer and Distributor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and reporting: Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Regularly report sales progress and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications and selection criteria:

  • Sales expertise: Have at least 5 years or more of successful sales experience in photovoltaic inverters and home energy storage systems and have a deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models.
  • Strategic planning: Ability to analyse the market, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Have deep channel management experience and marketing resources.
  • Language: Fluent in Thai and English
