Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ICT Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our company's information and communication technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's overall ICT strategy and roadmap

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ICT department, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project management

- Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for technology upgrades and improvements

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services

- Train and mentor team members, and provide ongoing support and guidance

- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans

- Monitor and report on ICT performance and metrics to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a multinational company

- Strong knowledge of network and system administration, security, and data management

- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and other emerging technologies

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT systems and infrastructure

- Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as data privacy laws

- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
