Job Title: Country Manager - South Europe (Based in Spain)
For Spain, Italy, Portugal & France.
️At least 8 years of experience developing a new market in the solar industry specifically selling inverters and home energy storage systems in South Europe is essential.
Language skills: English & Spanish is a must. Chinese is preferred.

Their products cater to residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications. ️Job Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Promote the sales of inverters, home energy storage systems, and micro-inverters in Spain, Italy, Portugal & France.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans leveraging market trends and customer insights.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with solar distributions customers.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Supervise and mentor a team in South Europe.(4-6 persons)
- Ensure team members have excellent skills and knowledge to contribute to the companys success.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Regularly report sales progress and market insights to the General Manager based in Germany.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Spanish is a must. Chinese is a plus!
- At least 8 years of experience developing a new market in the solar industry specifically selling inverters and home energy storage systems in South Europe (Spain, Italy & Portugal) is essential.
- Business development of products for Residential and C&I application in the industry is a must.
- Deep understanding and successful experience in distribution models.
- Effective management of international teams.
- Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Deep channel management experience and marketing resources.
- Be based in Spain
Availability for travelling 50% of the time.
Salary Range: 90k-140k gross per year.
