• Responsible in assisting the Growth manager brainstorm new ideas and constantly improving Poladrone’s growth initiatives cutting across all key verticals.

• Assist Growth manager to do research on potential opportunities for demand growth, and effectively communicate new concepts.

• Work closely with Growth Manager internally and externally to effectively execute growth initiatives and projects

Good to have:

• Experience in growth, analytical and project management.

• Willingness to travel (including plantations and estates!)

• Go-getter mindset to constantly challenge the norm.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
