The Sales Specialist (MSP) plays a big role in driving strategic and solution selling on large opportunities that are characterized by a complex combination of technical and business issues related to the strategic and tactical direction of customers.

You will play a big role in understanding the customers business objectives, and the technical components of our solutions, and utilizing a deliberate sales methodology in achieving sales objectives.


Job Description:

  1. Identify and approach managed services potential customers.
  2. Experience in structuring out the budget for IT outsourcing.
  3. Work with our solutions team to define and enhance our existing Managed Services offerings to maintain relevance and competitiveness to capture additional market share.
  4. Understand and analyse clients business processes to advise on how they can improve business efficiency and cut costs to allow them to focus on their  core Business.
  5. Act as the SPOC for your clients for future business and relationship management.
  6. Negotiate and manage complex sales-cycles and present proposals to C-level executives in corporate and global customers.
  7. Customer management leadership skills.
    

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 5 years experience in Sales for Managed Services contracts for IT Infrastructure, Cloud and/or SaaS.
  2. Applicant should possess experience and knowledge of:
    • Computers, networking technology and cloud computing systems and infrastructure.
    • Managed Services tools (ITSM / ITAM, UEM).
    • Incident Support Escalation procedures.
    • Cyber security tools and services.
    • IT Support Outsourcing model.
  3. Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills; can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audience.
  5. Solid understanding of business concepts dynamics for large national and international corporations.
  6. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
