Management Personal Assistant / Secretary that help company management in their daily work requirements.

Job Description:

  1. Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their managers attention.
  2. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments (Calendar Management), often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  3. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  4. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  5. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  6. Able to work late.
  7. Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the managers remit, example: completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.

Requirements:

  1. English & Bahasa Speaking, Mandarin is preferable.
  2. Discreet person.
