• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking process

• Stay current on travel trends, policies, and destination updates

• Use digital tools and social media to connect with new and returning travelers

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about travel, people, and delivering excellent service

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Able to navigate online booking systems and productivity tools

• Self-directed and proactive in a remote work environment

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable internet connection and a personal device (laptop or desktop)

• No prior travel industry experience required.
