• Assist clients with planning and booking personalized leisure travel, including accommodations, tours, and activities
• Research destinations and curate travel packages based on client needs and budget

• Utilize travel booking platforms to secure reservations and create seamless itineraries

• Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and promotional offers

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each booking

• Maintain organized records of bookings, preferences, and communications

• Engage with clients through various digital channels using company-provided resources

Qualifications

• A strong interest in travel and helping others explore new destinations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer (desktop or laptop)

• Previous travel industry experience is a plus but not required
