Key Responsibilities

Reservation & Booking Management

• Coordinate and secure accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services based on client needs.
• Utilize professional booking systems to manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Ensure accuracy in all travel details and provide timely confirmations to clients.

Customer Service & Support

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve booking-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and proactive service.

Travel Coordination

• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and supplier offerings.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth booking experiences.
• Assist clients in navigating travel policies, restrictions, and best practices.

Training & Professional Development

• Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of travel services and booking platforms.
• Develop expertise in various travel categories such as hotels, resorts, cruises, and event accommodations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in your country of residence
