About the job CNC Machinist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CNC Machinist to join our team! This individual is responsible for completion of work that meets quality standards in a manner that provides cost effective manufacturing service to the company and the customer. This position is responsible with machining and measuring components and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup machines for production components.
- Machine/fabricate standard and special components.
- Continuous inspection of components while in process.
- Complete secondary operations as required.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment while following all safety standards.
- Complete machinery maintenance and repairs as required.
- Responsible for stock of all shop tooling.
- Record notations of necessary up -dates or changes to drawings.
- Assure production schedule and ship dates are met consistently.
- Inform management of potential problems, while participating and incorporating solutions.
- Supervise and train fellow employees when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must have Mazak with Live Tooling experience.
- Must have Mazatrol experience.
- Must know conversational programming.
- Must have machine set up experience.
- Analytical – Synthesizes complex and Develops alternative solutions.
- Customer Service – Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly.
Hours:
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
