Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.
What you will be doing
As our IT Administrator Support, youll play a key role in keeping our IT department running smoothly. Youll support projects, maintain reporting accuracy, and help ensure the department meets all operational, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast‑paced IT environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating scheduling and logistics for IT projects, training sessions, and team activities.
- Creating, updating, and distributing IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Supporting departmental projects by providing administrative oversight and progress tracking.
- Collating, analysing, and preparing regular management information and performance reports.
- Monitoring KPIs, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues promptly.
- Maintaining up‑to‑date records of IT projects, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Tracking resource allocation and identifying potential capacity or equipment gaps.
- Preparing project status updates on progress, utilisation, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Supporting budget monitoring for internal IT projects through accurate data collation.
- Managing and maintaining work‑tracking boards for IT leadership.
- Coordinating all daily, weekly, and monthly compliance tasks across the IT department.
- Maintaining audit‑ready documentation and supporting internal/external audit requests.
What we are looking for
Were looking for someone organised, detail‑focused, and confident working across teams. You should be comfortable managing reporting, supporting projects, and helping the IT function stay compliant and efficient.
You'll bring:
- Experience producing accurate MI reports with strong attention to detail.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills for working with IT leaders and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.
- A good understanding of (or willingness to learn) regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside core hours and travel when needed.
