Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL
Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.
What you will be doing
In this role, youll be a central part of our HR Shared Services team delivering excellent HR support across both the UK and Manila. Youll be the go‑to person for colleagues and managers, ensuring smooth and consistent HR processes throughout the full employee lifecycle. Reporting into the HRSS Manager, youll help shape an efficient, people‑focused HR service that reflects our values.
You will:
- Support HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, lifecycle changes, and offboarding.
- Manage colleague records with accuracy, confidentiality, and care.
- Assist with payroll and benefits processing to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvement, system optimisation, and enhanced employee experiences.
- Support and occasionally lead employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance).
- Produce HR reports and metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Provide wider HR team support, including minute taking, interview support, and project involvement.
What we are looking for

You'll bring:
- At least 4 years of experience in a HR Associate, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist role.
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes, HR policies, and employee relations handling.
- Excellent English communication skills, written, verbal, and customer‑facing.
- Confident use of MS Suite and the ability to learn new HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors experience a bonus).
- Knowledge of PH Labour Code, DOLE requirements, and PH data protection
- UK financial services understanding is advantageous.
- High attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships across cultures, particularly when supporting both UK & Manila.
- A proactive, positive approach and a genuine desire to deliver a high‑quality HR service.
- A degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
