Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL
Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.
What you will be doing
Youll be the Power BI expert within the IT team, creating high‑quality reporting that supports senior IT leadership in making data‑driven decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Develop DAX, Power Query (M), and optimise performance of semantic models.
- Gather requirements with IT leaders and run feedback sessions.
- Apply strong data governance, access controls, RLS/OLS and GDPR‑aligned security.
- Maintain documentation, standards and user guides.
- Monitor refreshes, performance, and usage, improving reports proactively.
- Support colleagues, share best practice and champion Power BI across IT.
What we are looking for
A technically strong Power BI specialist who delivers accurate insights, communicates well with senior stakeholders, and takes full ownership of reporting quality and governance.
You will bring:
- Advanced Power BI skills: DAX, data modelling, Power Query, performance tuning.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse/Warehouse, Dataflows, semantic layers).
- Strong understanding of data governance, GDPR, secure access controls.
- Experience producing leadership‑level reporting.
- Ability to translate requirements into intuitive, reliable dashboards.
- Detail‑driven, proactive, and comfortable managing refresh cycles and documentation.
- Degree in a relevant field; PL‑300/DP‑500 preferred.
