Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL

Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.

What you will be doing

As our HR Data & Insights Analyst, youll turn numbers into narratives that shape real decision‑making. Youll be central to how the HR function understands trends, evaluates performance and identifies opportunities through high‑quality reporting and insight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning HR reporting across headcount, workforce planning, DE&I, absence, pay and other core people metrics.
  • Producing accurate, timely dashboards and analysis, ensuring data integrity at every stage.
  • Translating stakeholder requirements into clear, effective reports and Power BI dashboards.
  • Improving and automating reporting processes in partnership with HR Shared Services.
  • Providing commentary and insight that supports informed HR and business decisions.
  • Acting as an SME for HR data within cross‑functional reporting and enterprise dashboards.
  • Supporting broader HR analytics initiatives, including use of advanced tools such as Python, R and big‑data sources.
  • Ensuring all reporting meets HR data governance and Data Protection requirements.

What we are looking for

Youll thrive here if youre someone who enjoys connecting the dots, analytical, curious, detail‑driven, and passionate about using data to unlock insights. We're looking for someone who can work confidently with complex data and communicate findings clearly and professionally to a range of stakeholders.

Youll need:

  • At least 4 years experience as HR data analysis, business analysis or data management (Financial Services experience beneficial).
  • Strong reporting and dashboard development skills, with advanced Excel and Power BI.
  • Ability to present data through clear storytelling and visualisation.
  • Working knowledge of R or Python (desirable) and familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors including SF Analytics (advantageous).
  • Strong analytical reasoning, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working independently, managing competing priorities and delivering at pace.
  • A degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Business Administration or a related discipline.
