Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL

Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.

What you will be doing

As our Treasury Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Treasury function by managing warehouse and securitisation portfolios, ensuring accurate cash flow management and delivering highquality reporting. You will work closely with senior colleagues to ensure liquidity, compliance and operational excellence, while contributing to process improvement and high‐quality stakeholder service.

What we are looking for

Were looking for an analytical and detaildriven individual with strong organisational skills and excellent stakeholder communication. Youll be confident working with numbers, managing complex data and supporting treasury processes, while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure. You will bring strong technical capability, a proactive attitude and a desire to continuously develop your treasury and financial skills.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong MS Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience in treasury operations and reporting
  • Understanding of property lending and securitisation processes
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative across functions and stakeholders
  • Selfreliant, motivated, and calm under pressure
  • Logical, systematic problemsolver
  • Flexible, teamoriented, and dependable in completing tasks
  • Desire to develop further finance skills
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
