Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL

Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.

What you will be doing

In this role, youll lead the delivery of Pepper Moneys website and content strategy, ensuring our digital presence is technically sound, secure, and aligned with business goals. Youll lead a small content team, manage search engine optimization and reporting, while collaborating across departments to deliver engaging, compliant, and data-driven website experiences for brokers and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day website performance, updates, and user experience
  • Ensuring all tools, calculators, product listings and criteria updates are accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Managing the website change‑log process and implementing approved updates
  • Leading SEO strategy and technical optimisation
  • Overseeing the delivery and workflow of the content team, ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand, and compliant copy
  • Coaching and developing a small in-house content team
  • Collaborating with marketing, PR, IT, and other stakeholders

What we are looking for

Were looking for a digitally savvy, data driven professional with a passion for content and a strong grasp of SEO. You'll be confident managing websites, using content management systems and leading teams.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in website management and technical SEO optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and WordPress CMS
  • A good understanding of UX, digital channels, and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • A creative yet methodical approach to content and campaign delivery
  • Experience in financial services (advantageous but not essential)
  • A collaborative mindset and a drive to continuously improve
  • A passion for continuous improvement and delivering high‑quality digital experiences
