Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.

What you will be doing

As a Completions Manager, youll lead and develop a team of Completions & Administration Specialists, ensuring every secured loan completes smoothly and to a high standard. Youll create a right‑first‑time culture, drive excellent customer outcomes, and ensure all service levels and quality metrics are consistently met.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 10–12 specialists.
  • Ensure all SLAs and KPIs for mortgage completions are achieved.
  • Communicate effectively with brokers, packagers, solicitors, valuers and customers.
  • Manage and resolve queries, escalations and complaints promptly.
  • Oversee quality output and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Identify training needs and support professional development.
  • Suggest and implement process and policy improvements.
  • Manage capacity and resource planning to maintain service levels.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, risk and compliance standards.

What we are looking for

Were looking for a confident leader with strong mortgage industry experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of developing high‑performing teams. Youll bring deep knowledge of mortgage lending, completions and post‑offer processes, along with the ability to drive quality, service and compliance.

You will bring:

  • Experience in mortgage lending, specialist lending, completions and/or conveyancing.
  • Strong people management experience, with the ability to coach, inspire and develop teams.
  • Understanding of origination platforms, broker and customer journeys, UK Finance Handbook and HMLR requirements.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty and MCOB.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with strong problem‑solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Alignment with values such as raising standards, inspiring trust and putting customers first.
  • CeMAP qualification (desirable but not essential).
