We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SVP Sales (B2C) to lead and scale our client's consumer sales organization.

The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with a strong track record in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and expanding market presence—preferably within the Insurance or Pharmaceutical industry.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall B2C sales strategy and execution
  • Drive aggressive revenue and market expansion targets
  • Build, develop, and scale high-performing sales teams nationwide
  • Establish and strengthen distribution and channel partnerships
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on overall business growth strategy
  • Ensure achievement of sales KPIs, revenue goals, and profitability targets

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles (SVP / VP / Head of Sales)
  • Strong background in Insurance or Pharma industry preferred (or other high-volume B2C sectors)
  • Proven success in scaling sales organizations and delivering strong revenue growth
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments
