The Technical Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and delivery for technology and digital hiring requirements across the organization. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment activities for technical positions, partners closely with business and technology leaders, and ensures the timely acquisition of high-quality talent to support organizational growth and transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess strong experience in technical recruitment, stakeholder management, recruitment operations, and talent acquisition strategy, with a proven track record of hiring for complex and hard-to-fill technology positions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technology, digital, and IT-related positions across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers, department heads, and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Drive recruitment efforts for technical roles including Software Developers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Managers, Cloud Engineers, Infrastructure Specialists, Cybersecurity Professionals, Data Analysts, and other technology-related positions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified technical talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, talent communities, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill technical positions.
  • Lead and mentor recruitment team members, ensuring achievement of hiring targets and service level agreements.
  • Conduct market mapping and provide insights on talent availability, salary trends, and competitor hiring activities.
  • Establish strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and hiring quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment standards, and applicable labor regulations.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for management and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to technical or IT recruitment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical and digital roles across various levels, including senior and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong understanding of technology functions, technical skill sets, and current market trends.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and various sourcing tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, BPO, shared services, fintech, or large corporate environments is preferred.
