Talent Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for technical and corporate positions. This role focuses on proactive sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and pipeline generation to support high-volume and niche hiring requirements within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for technical and business support roles.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate sourcing records and candidate databases.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure timely endorsement of qualified candidates to recruitment teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must have experience working in a Tech, IT, or Telecommunications company.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment, preferably supporting technical or telco hiring.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience handling high-volume and niche technical roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
