About the job Sourcing Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sourcing Manager to lead talent sourcing initiatives across multiple functions and business units. This role is responsible for building strong talent pipelines, optimizing sourcing channels, and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates to support the organization’s hiring needs.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and experienced in modern sourcing strategies, including passive talent engagement, digital sourcing, and employer branding support.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with workforce and hiring plans.
Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical, niche, and high-volume roles.
Identify and optimize sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, etc.).
Conduct proactive talent mapping and market intelligence for key roles.
Engage passive candidates and nurture long-term talent relationships.
Partner closely with Recruitment Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics (time-to-source, quality of hire, pipeline conversion).
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Utilize sourcing tools, ATS, CRM systems, and automation platforms.
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Stay updated on labor market trends and innovative sourcing practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
4–7 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong experience in passive sourcing and talent mapping.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
Experience in handling both volume and specialized hiring is an advantage.
Strong research, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
