About the job Learning & Development Manager

The L&D Manager will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that strengthen employee capability and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the company’s learning and development strategy, programs, and training calendar.

Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with business leaders and HR stakeholders.

Design, facilitate, and evaluate learning programs for employees, leaders, and functional teams.

Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, performance indicators, and learning outcomes.

Manage learning vendors, training materials, reports, and continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.




Qualifications:
Experience: At least 7–10 years of L&D, training, or capability development experience, with at least 3–5 years handling program design, facilitation, learning strategy, or leadership development.
  • Strong experience in learning and development, training management, or capability development.
  • Experience designing and facilitating programs for employees and leaders.
  • Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to build structured learning programs aligned with business needs.
  • Willing to work full onsite in Pasig on a day shift schedule.
