Job Summary
The Service Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end after-sales operations to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. This role focuses on managing service performance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Service Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes
- Ensure efficient and accurate service fulfillment
- Maintain service level agreements and quality standards
Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Standardize HR workflows and operational procedures
- Enhance service efficiency and employee experience
People & Team Management
- Lead and develop HR shared services teams
- Monitor team performance and service delivery metrics
- Ensure operational excellence and accountability
Systems & Compliance
- Manage HR systems accuracy and reporting
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal controls
- Support audits and governance requirements
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and managing customer expectations
- Knowledge of planning and designing after-sales service programs
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
