Job Summary

The Service Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end after-sales operations to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. This role focuses on managing service performance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Service Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes
  • Ensure efficient and accurate service fulfillment
  • Maintain service level agreements and quality standards

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Standardize HR workflows and operational procedures
  • Enhance service efficiency and employee experience

People & Team Management

  • Lead and develop HR shared services teams
  • Monitor team performance and service delivery metrics
  • Ensure operational excellence and accountability

Systems & Compliance

  • Manage HR systems accuracy and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal controls
  • Support audits and governance requirements
Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service and managing customer expectations
  • Knowledge of planning and designing after-sales service programs
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
